The Dairy

The Dairy is a large room ideal for meetings and conferences. The room is light and airy with carpeted floors, with the original wooden beams on display. It is a versatile room that can be cosy enough for small groups of less than 10, but it is also spacious enough for larger groups of up to 100 people, standing.

For seated meetings, the room can accommodate up to 80 people seated conference style, there are also long and round tables available on request. The hire of the Dairy also comes with a small accompanying kitchenette, ideal for making teas, coffees and for providing pre-prepared catering. There are 2 pre-mounted flat screen TVs in the room which are ideal for presentations & clips. There is also a white screen if you are bringing your own projector.

Attached to the Dairy is a large fully equipped professional kitchen, which can also be hired out separately for any larger catering needs. The kitchen is well suited for catering to large groups or if there is a need to prepare fresh food on site.

We ask that you carry out your own risk assessment and have suitable insurance in place before hiring this space.

The Dairy is available to hire from a base Day Rate of £250 (roughly 8 hours including set up and pack down).

The main kitchen can be available for an additional charge by agreement.
