The Hope Leadership Academy is built around you, so you can get involved in as many of these areas as you’d like

Family work is at the heart of all we do. We have plenty of opportunities for you to work with babies in our creche, kids at our toddler and school groups and help run our Young Volunteers group

Join our estates team in the great outdoors and get your hands dirty! We have a huge 360 acre estate so there’s always work to do. Help out with our farm animals, work in the gardens and much more!

Interested in branding, social media and communications? Help out in our Development Team with jobs like putting together our newsletter and making content for social media

Help come up with fresh ideas to raise money for the work we do. Get involved in creating plans and organising our fundraising events.

We run many events throughout the year - some of our events have over 1,000 people attend! Get hands on with planning events as you assist our team in making them happen
Spiritual growth,
mentoring and
personal development

Each week you will receive bible teaching from Restore Hope and connected organisations to grow spiritually.
Topics covered include: Identity & Purpose, Foundations of Faith, Healthy Spiritual Habits and Character & Contribution.
You will also be given time throughout the week for prayer walks, reading and journaling.

As part of the Hope Leadership Academy one of our staff team will act as your mentor. They are there to check in with you and support you.

Over the course of the year you will be given opportunities to grow in leadership:
Term 1: Learning Stage: Initial months focused on learning alongside experienced team members
Term 2: Supported Stage: Gradually take on responsibilities with support from mentors and team
Term 3: Leadership Stage: Lead projects or groups with accountability and oversight
