Elizabeth Fewkes
Families Manager
Elizabeth is our brilliant Families Manager, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure our projects and programmes really make a difference for families. She’s passionate about seeing confidence and hope take root — and loves any chance to swap her desk for time with the wonderful families we support. Elizabeth brings care, energy and faith to everything she does.
She says she couldn’t do her job without the amazing Family Team and her faith in Jesus, who keeps her going when the to-do list grows faster than the coffee supply!

Ruth Barker
Programmes Administrator
Ruth heads up our FoodLife programme, supports the school projects and leads our young volunteers with energy and enthusiasm. She can often be found organising FoodLife boxes, collecting eggs from the chickens or answering calls from families. She loves seeing young people grow in confidence and watching her FoodLife team pour their hearts into helping the community. Ruth brings real joy and kindness to our team!
Her secret weapons? Faith in Jesus, a brilliant team, and a rubber duck collection to remind her that even busy days can have a little fun.

Heidi Dumville
Circle of Security Coordinator
Heidi leads our brilliant Circle of Security parenting programme and keeps the Hope Cafe welcoming and full of life. She’s amazing at helping families navigate the ups and downs of life, whether over a cuppa, a craft or a course. Heidi’s favourite part of the job is getting to have some fascinating conversations and watching families push through big challenges to be the best version of themselves for them and their children.
She says she couldn’t do it without her faith, her amazing volunteers and a healthy stash of craft supplies!

Bekki Flory
Children’s Programme Coordinator
Bekki heads up all things kids-work — from Hope Play and Hope Tots to Hope Hangout, Discovery Days and plenty more. She’s brilliant at dreaming up creative sessions that keeps children laughing, learning and covered in just the right amount of glitter.
Her favourite part of her job is working with the whole family to see meaningful change — and she couldn’t do it without our amazing minibus drivers, a mountain of art supplies and a good coffee supply!

Emmy Barrett
Early Years Worker
Emmy helps plan and run our Hope Play, Hope Tots and our after-school clubs. She also lends a hand to the estate team with their admin each week — keeping everything running like clockwork. She’s brilliant! Her favourite parts of the job? Working with an amazing team and spending time on our beautiful estate (which, let’s be honest, looks good in every season).
She couldn’t do her job without a good bit of team banter, a well-organised calendar, and a good supply of hot chocolate.

Nicky Bryden
Families Worker
Nicky looks after our beautiful Community Garden, supporting families as they grow vegetables, flowers and fruit — and often a good bit of confidence too! She loves seeing families connect with nature and get creative with crafts inspired by what’s growing in the garden. She brings so much kindness and wisdom to our team!
She couldn’t do her job without her trusty secateurs (there’s always something to prune), a good bit of rain to keep things thriving, and the wonderful volunteers who make the garden flourish.

Dan Meech
Estate Manager
Dan manages the land and buildings, oversees the setup for big events and leads his brilliant team in keeping everything at Restore Hope running smoothly. He loves working in such a beautiful place and says seeing the land enjoyed by families makes all the hard work worth it. Dan brings care and commitment to everything he does
He couldn’t do his job without his amazing team (and the volunteers who keep things ticking), his ever-growing bunch of keys, and his trusty wellies — an absolute must when winter turns some of the fields into a small marsh.

James Nash
Estate Development Officer
From tending the market garden to looking after the animals and guiding our estate volunteers, James keeps everything on the estate growing, moving and thriving. He also supports Dan with developing the estate, helping to shape the estate so it’s beautiful and functional. He’s awesome! His favourite parts of the job? Fresh air every day and the creative freedom to dream up new plans for the estate.
He couldn’t do it without the trusty tractor, a reliable chainsaw and steel-toe boots to tackle whatever the day throws at him.

Josh West
Estate Coordinator
Josh looks after the animals, runs youth outreach, leads Fire and Food sessions and helps with general estate upkeep — basically, he’s everywhere at once! He loves working outdoors and investing into the young people we work with. Josh brings real joy and wisdom to our team.
He couldn’t do it without his sense of humour, plenty of hay and the estate tractor, ready for anything muddy, heavy or slightly chaotic on site!
The Development Team

Caroline Sence
Fundraising Director
Caroline raises funds so that Restore Hope can run courses, provide food boxes and deliver events that support local families. She’s amazing! She loves talking to supporters about the amazing impact their generosity makes and taking first-time visitors on tours of our sites — people are always surprised by how much we do, and it makes her proud to be part of the team.
She couldn’t do her job without her daily prayer with the team to stay grounded, plenty of coffee (sometimes three cups, sometimes five!) and lots of laughter with colleagues — because celebrating the wins and sharing the tough moments together makes all the difference.

Fiona Lambert
Strategy & Partnership Lead (Maternity Leave)
Fiona spends her days building partnerships and thinking strategically about how Restore Hope can best serve the local community. She loves meeting inspiring people, asking the big questions, and dreaming up new ways to make a difference — all while making sure families stay front and centre. We love having her on the team.
She couldn’t do her job without her amazing team of fun, passionate and caring colleagues, the excitement of never having the same day twice, and the reassurance that the work really changes lives.

Russell Simonôt
Innovation and Enterprise Lead
Rus leads the innovation and business development work at Restore Hope, helping turn bright ideas into projects and enterprises that make a real difference for families. Rus also heads up our Hope Leadership Academy and Training Ground programmes. He loves seeing creative ideas come to life and working with a team that’s always up for trying something new. Rus brings joy, energy and faith to everything he does.
He couldn’t do his job without plenty of imagination, a sense of purpose and lots of collaboration with the team.

Sue Rodwell
Philanthropy Manager
Sue connects people with the work happening at Restore Hope and loves building relationships that help raise funds for Restore Hope Amersham. She’s energised by great conversations and never turns down an opportunity to share the story of what’s happening here. Sue is great at spotting opportunities to inspire people to get involved and make a difference.
She couldn’t do her job without her enthusiasm for the charity and a good stack of business cards!

Tamar Duncan
Development Administrator
Tamar supports the Development Team by keeping everything organised — whether that’s updating donor databases, planning events or finding new ways to fundraise. She’s amazing! She loves that every day brings something new, from event prep to the occasional escaped pony rescue. She especially loves planning events and seeing them come together.
She couldn’t do it without her music, the brilliant Development Team and her faithful winter sidekick: the office radiator. -

Izzy Arthurs
Communications Officer
Izzy handles all things creative, bringing Restore Hope to life through design, social media, photos and videos. She creates anything from flyers and invites to signs and videos. Her favourite thing about her job? Visiting all our groups and activities with her camera, like she’s got an Access All Areas pass, capturing the inspiring stories of families and volunteers along the way.
She couldn’t do her job without her secret snack drawer, a splash of creative juice and some background music to keep the ideas flowing and the energy high!

Nate Sence
Chief Executive Officer
Nate leads Restore Hope, shaping the vision and making sure everything we do really helps families who often feel hopeless. He’s great at bringing people together — our team, supporters and partners — to open doors to new hope and opportunities. He brings real wisdom and joy to our team! His favourite part of the job is seeing families take steps forward while working alongside an incredibly passionate and supportive team.
He couldn’t do his job without listening to and learning from the families we serve and juggling the big-picture goals with the practical steps that actually make them happen.

Jo Clare
Chief Operating Officer
Jo oversees the general operations of Restore Hope, from people, HR and Safeguarding to the estate, events and governance. She loves seeing the whole team working together like a well-oiled machine and knowing that each day she’s helping bring hope to families through a charity full of big-hearted, passionate people. We love having Jo on the team - she’s amazing!
She couldn’t do her job without several cups of coffee, a sense of humour to navigate the long to-do list and her brilliant PAs who keep everything on track.

Shaun Israel
Finance and Venue Hire Manager
Shaun manages Restore Hope’s finances and coordinates bookings for our venues, working with churches and charitable organisations. He loves seeing generosity in action — sometimes even miraculous provision — and meeting inspiring people from across the region. He loves hearing the stories of people who have been blessed by hosting their events on our site. Shaun brings so much peace to our team and has plenty of wisdom too.
He couldn’t do his job without the kind-hearted people and organisations who give so generously as well as our gorgeous estate that makes every event feel special.

Kerry Maisey
Operations Coordinator
Kerry keeps Restore Hope running safely and smoothly behind the scenes, handling policies, procedures, governance and the ever-growing database. She’s brilliant! She loves working somewhere that puts Jesus first by starting each day with prayer and keeping faith at the heart of everything she does.
She couldn’t do her job without the brilliant team, a lunchtime walk to clear her head and the knowledge that her work provides the safety net that keeps the whole charity running like clockwork.

Emma Woodgate
Charity Administrator and PA
Emma provides admin support across the charity, focusing mostly on operations and PA support to Nate and Jo. She loves that no two days are the same — there’s always something different to do, and always plenty to keep her busy! She brings joy and care to everything she does.
Her favourite part of the job? The little moments that make her feel valued, whether it’s a simple “I’m glad you’re here” or the classic “You’re awesome!”. She loves that our team are great at cheering each other on.

Charity Administrator and PA
Laura keeps things ticking along across the charity, from sorting admin to supporting events and everything in between. She’s brilliant! Laura loves that she gets to meet so many new people and be part of the amazing events that happen here — all while working in one of the most stunning corners of the Chilterns.
