Everyone really appreciates what you do—even if it's just spreadsheets! I come in once a week to do admin—processing volunteers, planning rotas for drivers and packers.

What surprised me most was realising there was a need for a charity like Restore Hope in this area. You assume everyone lives like you do, but just a short distance away it’s a different world.

Even doing something like rotas feels worthwhile when you know it supports that kind of help.
